### Description:
The user profile time zone setting is not saving changes when attempting to switch from Pacific Time to another time zone.
### Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the user profile settings.
  2. Select Pacific Time as the current time zone.
  3. Click on the time zone dropdown and choose a different time zone.
  4. Hit the save button.
  5. Notice that the time zone briefly changes to Mountain Time and then reverts back to Pacific Time.
### Acceptance Criteria:
  • When a user selects a different time zone and saves the changes, the new time zone should persist and be displayed correctly in the user profile settings.
  • The time zone change should be reflected even after refreshing the page or revisiting the user profile settings.
  • The user should be able to successfully edit and save the time zone without it defaulting back to Pacific Time.
