It shows that event banners are required for AT event creation. It is RARE that anyone would have a banner, let alone one sized appropriately, at the time they're creating their event. This field really needs to be un-required upon event creation.
If this isn't possible before we launch, could we either:
  1. Add an AC to the event creation page stating immediately that a banner is required before they fill out the entire form
  2. Mention somewhere that although an upload is required, any image will do as a placeholder and the real banner images can be uploaded later
  3. Both of the above? :)
