Send Email: Compose Email Text Fields

Robin Hurd
- Using the Compose function, I created an email using the following info:
To: Robin Hurd
From: Sue
From Email: heartandpup@gmail.com
Subject: Testing 123 Testing
My email came from the no-reply@fundeasy.com email, not "heartandpup... "
When I clicked reply from the email and sent the test email, it came to my rhurd@fundeasy.com inbox, which is the event contact/coordinator email for this event (EID 178/Cust. ID 1).
It did not mention the name Sue anywhere. Is it supposed to show that the email is from Sue at heartandpup@gmail.com?
- In the body of the email from the recipient's end, the words "Organization: FundEasy" appear too close to the body text in my opinion.
- From recipient's end, the email banner is too large and there's a large white space underneath, between the banner and body of email. I have to scroll down to see the body of the email. I suggest making the banner less deep and shrinking the white space beneath it.
