Sent Email information not displaying correctly after sending email

I sent an email (from Send Email) with the subject line "Thank you for Sponsoring". I put "Julia" as the sender name and 2 recipients were listed. After the email sent, the information showing on the main page showed my full name as the sender instead of Julia, but the subject line and the number of recipients were correct. I hit refresh on the page to see if it would log me opening one of the emails. Subject line disappeared, Sender name changed to "Julia undefined", recipients went to zero, and does not show opened email.
