Pretty sure Tables are supposed to be an option, but it's not showing as one.

Even though a number of emails are listed for each category, they are not displaying on the right side of the Sent Email tool.

I created a test event. Then when I back to event details, the time zone, color and banner were all gone. When I entered them again and hit Save All, navigated away and came back to event details - they were there this time. So, they just didn't save the first time.

In the question mark pop-up for Enable Offline Payments in Event Preferences, there is a comma wrongfully placed: "Turning notifications, off".

### Description: The user profile time zone setting is not saving changes when attempting to switch from Pacific Time to another time zone. ### Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the user profile settings. Select Pacific Time as the current time zone. Click on the time zone dropdown and choose a different time zone. Hit the save button. Notice that the time zone briefly changes to Mountain Time and then reverts back to Pacific Time. ### Acceptance Criteria: When a user selects a different time zone and saves the changes, the new time zone should persist and be displayed correctly in the user profile settings. The time zone change should be reflected even after refreshing the page or revisiting the user profile settings.
